Mental Health Services for Children

The Child and Family Mental Health team at Community Partners of South Florida has expertise in these key areas:

The best place to raise a healthy child is in a healthy family, and we support children within the context of the adults in the family, and the family within the context of the community.

Our team of mental health professionals are extensively trained to work with children and/or adults in their home, school, and community. We implement the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) model that is a structured, team-based, collaborative planning process. HFW is evidence-based and nationally recognized. The CPSFL team partners with individuals and families to use their voice, choice and strengths in developing a family-driven plan that promotes self-advocacy on the journey to reach social-emotional stability.

CPSFL is locally accredited by Nonprofits First, whose mission is to promote quality and accountability in the nonprofit sector. We have also achieved annual Child and Youth Development (CYD) Accreditation from the Council on Accreditation (COA), an international family service and behavioral health care accrediting organization, since September 2006.

We bring experienced professionals who partner with all members of the family to find solutions.
