Riviera Beach, Fla. (June 6, 2017) – Community Partners, home to Housing Partnership Inc. and Parent-Child Center Inc.,  would like to welcome Scott Hansel to our family as our new CEO!

“The CP team is excited to welcome Scott to our mission and look forward to his leadership as we continue to Change the Odds in Palm Beach County for children and families,” said Chief Operating Officer, Patricia Bremekamp.

A senior executive with experience in both large and small corporations as well as start-up businesses, Scott founded Touchpoint Rx in partnership with a local health system to deliver evidence-based, medication adherence management to clinically at-risk patients.

Originally from Kentucky, Scott is deeply engaged in Palm Beach County philanthropy, volunteering for and serving on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations throughout the area. He currently holds a seat on the Leadership Council of Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Gregory School of Pharmacy.

A proud former resident of the Bluegrass State, Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.

Currently, he lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Robin and son Dylan (soon to be freshman at the University of Florida).

An outdoorsman at heart, Scott spends his free time fishing, golfing, running, swimming and enjoying the outdoors – typically with his yellow lab Lily by his side.

The Hansels have been supporting the Community Partners mission of Changing The Odds for Palm Beach County’s children and families since 2011.

Community Partners is a family and community development organization which effectively blends housing, community, and child and family mental health services that empower families to overcome complex symptoms of poverty. This groundbreaking, comprehensive approach is used to fulfill CP’s commitment to Changing the Odds for Palm Beach County’s children and families facing adversity.
