Community Partners of South Florida serves uninsured and underinsured children and individuals (beginning at age five) needing psychiatric care. We are accepting referrals both internally and externally. If you would like to make a referral, please go to our website and click on the tab that says “Submit a Referral” at the top of the homepage.
